Every CHNC challenge is 'anything goes as long as it's Christmas', which will, hopefully, encourage as many crafters as possible to join in with their festive creations. However, there will always be an optional theme, which this week is 'snowflakes'. I want to stress that this is purely optional.

Challenge 341:
anything goes as long as it's Christmas
optional theme: snowflakes

Every week I will be giving a prize to a randomly chosen winner - this is the prize for this challenge:

Couture creations stencil
Merry stars assortment

For my card I stamped the background randomly using a favourite inkadinkadoo stamp inked with versamark and heat embossed with detail silver powder. The centre 'snowflake' is actually a foiled doily with a couple of the points cut off, using a todo letterpress and hot foil plate. I really wanted to put a sentiment circle in the middle, but hadn't got anything suitable and time was short to make something new, so I found an embossed circle that fitted perfectly and used that. You can see my card here on My Crafty Outlook:

Now it's over to you. You can use any materials, any techniques - it's anything goes as long as it's Christmas, with the optional theme of 'snowflakes'.
